CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to Live Balance Grow Pty Ltd. Once a cancellation notice is received the non refundable administration fee of $200 is forfeited with the balance of money available for refund and deposited back into your allocated bank account within 14days. Less than 14days notice or "no shows" no refund is given and no transfer to the next course regardless of your circumstances, including personal situation, health, finances, life events, travel or natural disasters or anything else as per Consumer Affairs Victoria guidelines for events.
In the event of a global pandemic (ie Covid 19) you will be offered to complete your study program online, or in person where possible, abiding by the department of Health and Human Services. Every effort will be made to assist you to complete your course in a reasonable time frame.
Every effort is made to ensure courses are run as per scheduled dates. Live Balance Grow Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrolments (ie less than 4 students). In the event of a course being cancelled, all course fees will be fully refunded or transferred to a future course date.
